Do Christians Need a Labor Day?

The Bible says in Exodus 20:8-10:
Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.

So it seems to me, the Lord provided Christians with a Labor Day. A day to rest, praise the Lord and celebrate the work they have done to the best of their ability all week long. But the financial demands of modern day life and the necessity of working for non-Christian employers may demand some of us work on Sunday. Perhaps we need a Labor Day after all. What do you think?
